Shipping To Customers:
Free Shipping - Orders of $99.00 or more.
All eligible shipping processes are subject to the following conditions:
(1) Eligible shipments over a total of $99 (Before taxes and after discounts) will be shipped free of charge.
(2) Shipments to P.O. Boxes will not be made.
(4) Provinces excluded from the free shipping option are: Nunavut, Yukon and North West Territories.
Shipping Policy
We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada and to the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes
We offer free shipping on orders $99 or more.
Excluded items that do not qualify for free shipping:
· Torani Syrups
All qualifying orders of $99 or more, will be shipped free of charge with the exception of Newfoundland, Labrador, Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories.
Additional shipping charges may apply for addresses in remote areas. You will be advised of this prior to shipping.
Shipping Method
Orders will be shipped using the shipping provider of our choice.
An order confirmation will be sent once your order has been validated.
A shipping confirmation will be sent once the order has been shipped, including its tracking information.
Please report any damaged, defective or missing items immediately and no later than 5 business days following receipt of item. Please do not use the damaged or defective item and keep any damaged shipping boxes so that we can begin a claim with the shipping provider.
Any refused deliveries will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the original shipping and handling cost will not be credited.
Warranty Shipping
Pavin Caffe guarantees that all items are properly wrapped, packaged and secured for shipping purposes.
We provide free liability for up to $100.00 with Canada Post.
It is the customer’s responsibility to buy extra insurance above $100.00 if required.
Pavin Caffe is not responsible for damages once the packages leave our warehouse. From that moment on, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Taxes & Duty (where applicable)
We are located in Ontario, Canada, and taxes will be charged as follows:
· Quebec – 5% GST + 9.975% QST
· Ontario – 13% HST
· New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island – 15% HST
· Rest of Canada – 5% GST
· USA – 0%
· International – 0%
For all USA and International shipments, customer is responsible for any duty, custom charges and/or taxes assessed by their country.
Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates and or times as they can vary based on your geographic location and other variables.
